TREMBLE Miami Beach is a boutique reformer Pilates studio tucked into the Sunset Harbour district on West Avenue. It earns a spot alongside the best gyms in Miami Beach as part of the wider Miami Beach fitness scene. Here is what a first-timer needs to know before booking a class.
A 50-minute reformer format built around functional core work
Every class inside the TREMBLE Miami Beach studio runs on rows of branded reformers under a red-lit ceiling grid. The workout blends strength training, cardio conditioning and Pilates-inspired movement into one full-body session. TREMBLE describes the format as high intensity but low impact. Functional movements center on the core and build strength without pounding the joints.
Classes stay boutique in scale. Small group sizes let an instructor correct form and give hands-on attention instead of running a crowd through a routine. Instructors curate a playlist for each session. First-timers should arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for a quick machine demo and introduction before class starts. A single session runs 50 minutes. That is long enough for a full warmup, a resistance-based main set on the reformer carriage, and a core-focused finisher, without dragging into filler stretching.
Finding the Sunset Harbour studio and where to park
The studio sits at 1935 West Ave, Suite 208, Miami Beach, FL 33139. It’s on the second floor of a West Avenue building in the Sunset Harbour neighborhood. Visitors can park on the street with a paid parking app or use the Miami Beach parking garage at 1900 Bay Rd, about a block from the Suite 208 entrance. That garage option matters on this stretch of West Avenue. Curbside spots fill up quickly during peak morning and evening class blocks. Check the exact building pin on Google Maps before a first visit. The entrance is not always obvious from street level.
Weekday sunrise sessions, weekend hours and the 12-hour cancellation window
TREMBLE Miami Beach is open Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The weekday schedule runs early enough for a sunrise class before work and late enough for an after-work slot. Weekend availability narrows to a shorter morning window.
Booking discipline matters here. TREMBLE runs a strict 12-hour cancellation policy. A client must cancel or change a class at least 12 hours before it starts, or lose the class credit, with no exceptions for first-timers. Clients on an unlimited membership who cancel or reschedule inside that window pay a $25 late fee every time. The waitlist follows the same clock. It closes 8 hours before a class starts. Anyone auto-added from the waitlist inside the 12-hour window still must follow the same cancellation rule. Clients can only cancel by signing into a TREMBLE account online or in the app. The studio does not accept phone calls or emails as a way to cancel.
Buying packages, booking a machine and the 30-day pass system
Classes at TREMBLE Miami Beach must be purchased and booked online or through the TREMBLE app before arriving, since the studio does not hold reformers for walk-ins. The process is simple: select the Miami Beach studio, create an online profile, buy a class or package, then reserve a specific class time. Full steps are in TREMBLE’s official FAQ. TREMBLE recommends booking early, since sessions on this schedule do sell out. Classes purchased in Miami work at any TREMBLE studio in Miami. They cannot be used at the New York or other out-of-state locations.
TREMBLE also sells 30-day passes bundled as either 4 or 8 classes, for clients who want flexibility without a recurring membership. These passes do not roll over month to month. TREMBLE never charges for a new one automatically, so a client buys another pass only when they want one. All purchases are final and non-transferable between accounts, so a package cannot be gifted or resold once bought. Arrival timing is enforced strictly, too. A client who misses the scheduled start time can lose their reformer to someone on the waitlist, since there is no grace period once class begins.
Grip socks, hydration and studio etiquette for first-timers
TREMBLE’s first-timer guide spells out a short list of dos and don’ts before a first class. Grip socks are required for safety and sanitary reasons, since no shoes are worn on the reformer. A client can bring a pair from home or buy one in the studio for $20. TREMBLE encourages clients to store a credit card on file so checkout is wallet-free. The studio asks people to bring their own water. It also stocks a water dispenser and sells bottles for anyone who forgets.
The studio discourages jewelry, since it can catch on the reformer springs and straps. Cell phones are not allowed on the studio floor once class starts. That rule fits the brand’s pitch that the 50 minutes belong entirely to the client. Every TREMBLE studio, including this one, stocks full-service bathrooms with hair ties, deodorant and dry shampoo for a quick turnaround after a sweaty class. The retail wall carries the brand’s own athleisure line for anyone who wants to shop in studio or online after a workout.
Policies on kids, pets, pregnancy and lost items
Children and pets are not allowed inside the studio. TREMBLE treats the reformer floor as unsafe for anyone not actively supervised in class, and as a distraction for other clients mid-session. Pregnancy calls for its own caution. TREMBLE says trying a new, core-intensive workout for the first time during pregnancy is not medically advisable. An existing regular client may be able to book private sessions during pregnancy by contacting the studio’s private-session address. TREMBLE tells every client to check with a doctor before changing an exercise routine either way. One more practical note: TREMBLE does not run a lost and found at any of its studios. It does not track down or hold anything left behind on the reformer floor or in the bathroom.
From a single Miami Beach studio to a multi-state reformer brand
This West Avenue address has been part of TREMBLE’s footprint since well before its national expansion. A 2023 Commercial Observer report on TREMBLE’s first New York City lease listed seven South Florida locations at the time. The report named the 1935 West Avenue studio in Miami Beach specifically, alongside outposts in Aventura, Coral Gables and Miami. The brand had also opened locations in Nevada and was opening one in Louisiana. TREMBLE founder and CEO Aryan Rashed told the outlet that a steady flow of clients splitting time between New York and Florida after the pandemic pushed the brand to open a SoHo studio. He described New York as the “ultimate next step” for a client base TREMBLE had already built in Miami. That history is a useful reminder. This Miami Beach studio predates TREMBLE’s growth into a multi-state brand, rather than being a later addition to an already-established chain.
