Prince St. Pizza opened its first permanent Miami location at 521 Lincoln Road Ste 2 in Miami Beach on December 11, 2025. The opening brought the Morano family’s Sicilian Soho square recipe south from its original Nolita, New York shop.

From a Nolita walk-up window to a Lincoln Road storefront

Prince St. Pizza opened its doors in 2012 in New York City. Its recipes have been in the Morano family for generations. They’re built on the idea that anything you can put on pasta, you can put on pizza. The Miami Beach shop is the brand’s first Miami-area brick-and-mortar location, following an earlier Wynwood pop-up. Time Out Miami reported on the location ahead of the opening. CEO Lawrence Longo said the company was thrilled to open the doors of its first Miami brick-and-mortar location that December, in comments to World Red Eye. Opening night included a custom mural by local artist Bari-Lynn Friedlander and Miami-themed merchandise designed by Sigal Cohen Wolkowiez. A loyalty-program drawing offered a year of free pizza.

Sicilian Soho squares and Neapolitan rounds on the menu

Prince St. Pizza Miami Beach serves New York-style Sicilian Soho squares and Neapolitan round pies by the slice or as whole pies. The Sicilian squares are baked as 12-by-17-inch pies cut into eight slices. Options include the Spicy Spring, Spicy Vodka, Prince Perfection, the Naughty Pie, the Sunset Square, Meat Lovers, Four Cheese, the Vegan, Houston Jalapeño, Mercer Margherita, and the Little Prince. The 18-inch New York-style rounds are also cut into eight slices. Options include the Original Prince, the Fancy Prince, the Green Machine, the Boozey Broome, the Oakey Smokey, the Veggie Original, and the Old School.

The menu also offers several of the same recipes as 10-inch, four-slice pizzettas. Salads, mozzarella sticks, and Sicilian-style garlic bread round out the savory side. Cheesecake, flourless chocolate cake, Italian rainbow cake, and chocolate chunk cookies round out the dessert case. All are sold by the slice and listed on the brand’s national menu page.

Individual squares carry their own ingredient lists, rather than a single interchangeable topping menu. The Spicy Spring pairs fra diavolo sauce with pepperoni, fresh mozzarella, and pecorino romano. The Naughty Pie layers prosciutto-based spicy vodka sauce, pepperoni, whipped ricotta, and Zab’s hot honey onto the same square format. The Four Cheese square skips tomato sauce entirely for fresh and shredded mozzarella, whipped ricotta, pecorino romano, and garlic. The menu offers every Sicilian square, including the Vegan, gluten-free too. The counter also bottles and sells housemade sauces from the same recipe for retail purchase.

Scratch-made dough and NYC-filtered water behind the recipe

Every square and round starts with dough made from scratch daily. The Miami Beach kitchen filters its water to mimic New York City’s water quality. World Red Eye’s opening-night coverage tied that detail directly to why the Nolita recipe travels outside Manhattan. CEO Lawrence Longo told the outlet the company was thrilled to open its first Miami brick-and-mortar location that December. He said the goal was bringing its slices back to the South Florida community. He added that every bite and interaction at the Lincoln Road shop should deliver pure happiness to guests. That’s the same standard set at the original Prince Street shop.

The Vegan square and the Veggie Original for plant-based orders

The menu lists a fully vegan Sicilian square made with vegan cheese alongside the Veggie Original round for vegetarian orders. Both are standing menu items, not off-menu substitutions. That sets this location apart from Lincoln Road pizzerias that only offer a vegetable topping swap on a standard cheese base. A broader comparison of nearby options appears in Miami Beach Drive’s Lincoln Road restaurant guide. The vegan square uses the same scratch-made dough and housemade sauce as the rest of the Sicilian lineup. It’s finished with a plant-based cheese instead of mozzarella.

Ordering at the counter: pickup, delivery and calling ahead for a whole pie

Prince St. Pizza Miami Beach takes no table bookings; guests order in person at the counter by the slice or call ahead for a whole pie to go. The Miami Beach location page confirms pickup and delivery ordering through the brand’s own online system. Uber Eats handles delivery orders, and phone orders go directly to (305) 397-8005. GoldBelly also ships whole pies nationwide. The brand’s site also lists catering as an option for larger orders, arranged directly through the restaurant.

Late slices into the Miami Beach night

Prince St. Pizza’s Miami Beach location opens daily at 11 a.m. and stays open until 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights. Most other nights close earlier, in the 10 p.m. range. Lincoln Road’s own business directory, a separate independent listing, notes that Thursday hours run later than the rest of the weekday schedule. They extend toward midnight, rather than closing at the earlier weekday time. That Lincoln Road directory listing is worth checking directly before a late Thursday visit. Miami Beach Drive’s late-night dining guide covers other Miami Beach kitchens that stay open past the typical dinner rush.

Finding the storefront inside the Lincoln Road pedestrian mall

The storefront sits at 521 Lincoln Road, Suite 2, on the car-free pedestrian mall that runs through the middle of Miami Beach. That mall anchors Miami Beach Drive’s broader Lincoln Road guide. The building carries the brand’s backlit sign and a checkerboard awning reading “Delivering Happiness One Slice At A Time.” Both are visible from the promenade. Glass storefront doors marked 521 and 521-2 lead straight into the order counter.

A December opening covered by Miami’s dining press

Time Out Miami covered the brand’s plan to open on Lincoln Road ahead of the debut. World Red Eye photographed the December 11, 2025 opening night itself. Coverage documented the illuminated storefront sign, the order counter staffed in Prince St. Pizza branded caps and T-shirts, and pepperoni Sicilian squares served on branded plates to the first guests through the door. The opening also drew a crowd for the promised gift cards, which went to the first 25 guests in line at noon. The mural and merchandise collaboration gave the Miami Beach shop its own local identity, beyond a straight transplant of the New York format.
