Maison Felix occupies a restored 1948 building at 7418 Harding Avenue in Miami Beach. It sits in the pocket of North Beach its own site brands as NOBE, just steps from the ocean. Namron Hospitality opened the 29-room boutique hotel in late 2025. Designer Felix Cohen is credited with the building’s midcentury architecture and interiors. The property is organized around a shared courtyard pool, rather than a lobby-and-tower layout. It has six named room categories instead of numbered floors.
A 1948 Harding Avenue building reimagined by Felix Cohen
Maison Felix’s own site says the project “reimagined a 1948 Miami Beach landmark with contemporary sophistication.”
Hotel Designs reports the restoration kept original midcentury structural elements, including stucco exterior walls and Spanish barrel roof tiling. It also added a second-story wing of suites with vaulted ceilings above the ground floor. Ground-level suites open directly onto the courtyard. A south-facing wing has its own concealed side entrance with connecting suites for guests traveling as a group. The address places the hotel in Atlantic Heights. That’s the section of North Beach a block or two back from Collins Avenue and the beach itself.
Six room categories built around the courtyard
Maison Felix lists 29 rooms and suites across six named categories, rather than a standard room-number grid. The Nest Room is a queen-bed room with garden views. The Elegance Room pairs a king bed with views toward the garden or pool. The Signature Room adds a Juliet balcony and pool views to its king bed. The Junior Suite combines a king bed and sofa bed with pool or garden views.
The Atelier Suite steps up to a separate bedroom and living room with a king bed and sofa bed. The hotel’s own copy describes it as offering pool views with a design that honors artistry and vision. The Grand Luxe Suite is the largest of the six, again with a separate bedroom and living room. It has a king bed and sofa bed, with views of both the garden and pool areas. The hotel calls it the largest expression of quiet luxury among its room categories. Every category links to its own photo gallery on the hotel’s booking site, rather than a shared room-type PDF. None of the six is a standard numbered hotel room. Two of the ground-floor suites are wheelchair accessible, per the same Suitcase Magazine review.
The courtyard pool, private gym and sauna
Maison Felix’s courtyard holds a shared swimming pool that several ground-level suites open directly onto. The hotel’s own description of the property points to “a private gym & sauna for moments of wellness and balance.” It also calls out a “lush courtyard oasis” at the center of the building. The hotel does not describe either the gym or the sauna as staffed, and it publishes no separate spa-treatment menu. Both read as guest-access wellness rooms, rather than a full spa program. The same courtyard doubles as the hotel’s only shared gathering space. Maison Felix does not operate an on-site restaurant, bar, or lobby cafe of its own. Guests also get complimentary access to two loungers and a parasol at Ocean Terrace Public Beach, a roughly seven-minute walk from the hotel. That’s per Suitcase Magazine’s July 2026 review of the property.
Teak-inspired decking, brass accents and a burnt-orange palette
The interiors lean into a Mediterranean-meets-midcentury palette. Hotel Designs and Boutique Hotel News both describe custom wall and floor patterns inspired by teak yacht decking, plus a burnt orange and turquoise color scheme. Brass accents, vintage mirrors, hand-selected antiques, and contemporary artwork by local artists appear throughout the guest rooms and common areas. The result is a smaller, residential-feeling property, rather than a large-format resort. That fits Cohen’s design background in Miami fashion and boutique architecture before this project.
A minimum age of 12, and how to book directly
Maison Felix’s own booking pages state that the hotel “strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 12 years.” Reservations for guests under 12 years old will not be honored at check-in. That makes this a property built for couples and older families, rather than travelers with young children. Direct booking and guest questions route through two separate lines. A reservations desk answers at +1 (386) 882-9181 or reservations@maisonfelix.miami, and a concierge line at +1 (786) 508-5791 or concierge@maisonfelix.miami. Press inquiries go through Namron Hospitality’s own press address, rather than the property directly. Maison Felix does not post check-in and check-out times, parking, pet policy, or any resort fee on its public pages. Guests can confirm current details directly through Maison Felix’s own contact page.
Namron Hospitality’s second U.S. address, after Le Particulier
Maison Felix is operated by Namron Hospitality, the group founded by Yves Naman that already runs boutique hotels in Mexico. Boutique Hotel News reports Maison Felix is the company’s second U.S. property, arriving after Le Particulier opened in Miami Beach in October 2025. The outlet quotes Naman describing the group’s approach as prioritizing feeling over scale. Hospitality, in his words, “is not about excess, it is about emotion.” That positions Maison Felix as a companion property to Le Particulier, rather than a standalone debut, with both under the same Miami Beach ownership group within a few months of each other. Namron Hospitality also operates boutique properties in Mexico. Maison Felix and Le Particulier together mark the group’s first push into the United States. Both chose Miami Beach over South Florida’s other coastal markets.
Reaching NOBE, Bal Harbour Shops and the rest of Miami Beach
Maison Felix’s own site places the hotel “perfectly situated next to the iconic Bal Harbour Shops and the charming neighborhood of Surfside.” It describes NOBE itself as “alive with open-air cafés, hidden galleries, and eclectic boutiques.” That puts the hotel closer to Bal Harbour and Surfside than to the entertainment core of South Beach several miles south. Guests without a car should plan around that distance. Maison Felix does not publish its own parking policy. Our guide to North Beach’s public parking garage is a useful check instead.
