Archive note: The 2026 International Ballet Festival of Miami has ended. Earlier copy urged readers to buy tickets before the final weekend; that advice is no longer valid.
The Miami Beach closing galas
The festival’s official classical gala listing scheduled the Grand Classical Gala for Saturday, August 15, and the Closing Gala of the Stars for Sunday, August 16, 2026, at The Fillmore Miami Beach. These listings document the historical programme; they do not confirm the lineup or availability for a later year.
Why this festival mattered to Miami Beach visitors
The Fillmore dates brought the festival’s classical programme directly to Miami Beach, while other performances and activities took place across the wider Miami area. For a future edition, check the organizer’s current festival site for venues, participating artists, performance times and ticket terms. Do not assume that the same gala dates or locations repeat.
Visitors planning a non-festival trip can use our Miami Beach itinerary for year-round neighborhood ideas. This article remains an archive of the August 2026 event rather than an upcoming calendar.
