Esencia Wellness Spa

Esencia Wellness Spa is a 22,000-square-foot spa and fitness facility at Eden Roc Miami Beach, at 4525 Collins Ave. It combines a full circuit of hydrotherapy amenities, an expansive relaxation lounge with poolside views, a salon, and an oceanfront fitness center under one roof. The spa is open daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Treatments and salon services

The spa menu covers signature treatments, facials, and body treatments, alongside an “Omakase Spa Menu” of curated multi-step experiences. Esencia Salon adds manicures, pedicures, haircuts, color, blowouts, makeup, and lash application. Monthly wellness specials rotate signature packages at a discounted price alongside the standard menu.

Fitness and the 4525 Membership Club

The oceanfront fitness center runs on Technogym equipment and is open 24 hours a day to Eden Roc and Nobu hotel guests as well as 4525 Members. A group fitness studio runs a full calendar of complimentary daily classes spanning yoga, pilates, and HIIT, plus personal training by appointment. The 4525 Membership Club extends that access with 24-hour fitness-center use, daily group classes, and hydrotherapy spa-amenity access for members who want it as a standing routine rather than a one-time visit.

Day passes for locals

Local residents who aren’t hotel guests or members can ask about a day pass that includes Eden Roc pool access, complimentary with any spa service over $200 — a practical way to combine a treatment with a pool day without a hotel stay or membership.
