Montana’s at the Colony Hotel is the choice if you want a sit-down breakfast rather than a pastry and coffee. Its current menu lists eggs and potatoes, pancakes, steak and eggs, several Benedicts and a larger Montana’s Breakfast plate, with breakfast served from 8:30 AM to 1 PM. Yardbird at 1600 Lenox Avenue is for a slower Saturday or Sunday morning.
