Dates and setting
According to the organizer’s 2026 press information, the 49th annual festival ran January 9–11 along Ocean Drive and Lummus Park, from about 5th Street to 14th Place. The free community festival focused on Miami Beach architecture, history and cultural preservation.
What the programme included
The published 2026 listings included guided architectural tours, an artisan market, classic-car programming, music and family activities. Some individual tours and private events had their own prices or access rules, so “free festival” did not make every item free or open to all.
